Did CallQA call you?

Who calls from our numbers, why, and how to report an unwanted call.

Who calls and why

CallQA is a testing service for telephone systems. Companies use it to check their own phone lines, such as voice assistants, interactive voice menus or booking bots, by placing automated test calls with a synthetic voice.

  • Calls go only to numbers that our customer declared, in a signed attestation, that it owns or is authorized in writing to call. Most numbers are also verified by a code the line itself speaks.
  • Test calls are never used for marketing, sales, surveys or to reach anyone else than the tested line.
  • If a person answered instead of a machine, or the number is yours and you did not agree to these calls, something went wrong: please tell us below.

Rules our customers accept: Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. How we handle data: Privacy Policy.
